Description
Rounded shoulders on conical body that tapers to base/toe. Shallow depressions spiralling around body, well spaced: string-cut?
Fabric, firing, surface
Pale pinkish brown fabric; pale yellow surface (1-2.5 mm). Mostly fine, somewhat soft; mostly smooth break with smooth to slightly powdery texture. Uncommon, small to medium, angular, white (calcareous) chunks, few at surface; rare to uncommon,tiny to small, mostly gray to black and rarely reddish inclusions.
Preservation description
Six sherds, five of which join, partially preserve rounded shoulder and upper part of conical body. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion with scoring, pitting, and rare gouging; somewhat worn breaks; scattered specks of encrustation.
